– Handling legal inquiries regarding Banking Law and Shinkin Bank Act etc.
– Approval examination (Fintech companies, common and overlapping work, major bank shareholders etc.)
– Consideration of Banking Law amendment 2021 and funding system
– Consideration of special provisions of Antimonopoly Act (including revision of supervision guidelines)
– Handling individual projects regarding compliance in regional financial institutions (local banks, shinkin banks, credit association etc.)
